I catch myself making a comment to people, knowing I am being sarcastic or mildly funny, then seeing the look I may get from people who take it as a serious comment or an insult to someone or something. You hit the nail on the head again, for to long to many people have stopped engaging visually with people or only communicating with a text message.

Oh I grew up with Red Skelton, Jackie Gleason and Tim Conway as most of comedians I watched or listened to.

Red Skeleton Im not to familiar with but loved Tim Conway (From Cleveland I hear) and Jackie Gleason. Smokey and the Bandit made me fall in love with the 77 Trans Am!

Red Skelton had his own TV show back in the day. And forgot Jonathon Winters.

I love this! I have pivoted all my own writing to dry humorous observations of life's absurdities. Writing in dead pan humor is in a league of it's own. lol. But for real - in my mind I call it - A Blog About Nothing - cuz I LOVE Seinfeld.

Take me way back to some Don Rickles. I used to love watching Johnny Carson on the tonight show. Still have episodes on youtube. The old Dean Martin Roasts are there also. Loved Jonathon Winters and Robin Williams. Brad Williams is a dwarf comedian and he is pretty funny. Tim Hawkins is a 'clean mouthed' comedian and I enjoy his stuff as well. Actually played one of his skits on Father's Day Soliloquy. last have hour was mainly humor in honor of Father's Day. 🤗😜
